Xome’s Super Seller Program

Are you looking for an effective way to sell more properties this year, and increase your bottom line?

Well, the Xome® Super Seller program offered through can help you do that.

With our program, sellers are able to come through, give all their information on their property and, through Xome’s Agent Network, the property will be marketed and sold by you.

We know marketing and securing real estate leads can be a big mountain to climb, and we want to take that on for you, letting you do what you do best: help people buy and sell real estate.

The best part, the sellers don’t pay commissions. That responsibility falls on the buyers via a buyer’s premium*.

How does the program work?

We knew you’d ask.

We charge sellers an upfront fee of $599 (which is currently waived during our promotional period) to get their property enrolled in the Super Seller program. From there the property is syndicated to thousands of national real estate sites such as Zillow, Trulia, and, listed on the local MLS, and marketed towards potential buyers on the Xome (one of our partners) platform, bringing the property to auction*.

You work with the seller, organizing showing times and going through the regular real estate process–all with our concierge team behind you providing support.

Once a buyer wins the auction, they pay a 5% buyer’s premium which is split between the listing agent, buyer’s agent and Xome*.

  • 2% for the Listing Agent
  • 2% for the Buyer’s Agent
  • 1% for Xome

So how do I become a member of the Xome Agent Network?

We’ve hand selected agents from the top 1,500 brokerages nationwide, and we’re looking for the next set of great agents to join our network.

Sounds good right?

That’s because it is.

The application process is pretty straightforward, however, we don’t take on every agent into our program. So if you’re interested in learning more hit the contact us button below or send us an email at

*At Seller’s discretion, commission may vary by transaction and through negotiation. Unless otherwise agreed, buyer(s) shall be responsible for all real estate commissions. Closing costs are not included.
