Minor problems? Yup! Major problems? Certainly could be. The pipes burst when the water didn't get shut off, nose plugs are certainly in order, the plaster is cracked and falling in areas and the basement is questionable. Other than that, if you paint the inside and out, replace the flooring, maybe an update or two...or three or a full rehab, this 4/2 home would be respectable. The price alone should be encouraging. If you need more...plenty of room to add a garage, uniquely styled home, additional parking in the back and a living privacy fence along the sides are some of the appealing qualities. Property was built prior to 1978 and lead based paint may potentially exist. Mold-like substance exists; please protect yourself accordingly. SUPPLEMENTAL DISCLOSURE Property may not finance FHA or VA in it's current condition. Rehab Loan would be a great loan for this property. Buyer to complete all inspections to their satisfaction. Inspections are for informational purposes only. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine if there are any issues/adverse material facts with the home as agents have not completed personal inspections of possible issues. All services are handled by outside preservation companies and findings are not shared with agents. Seller disclosure states this is an 'AS IS WHERE IS" purchase. Realtor and Realtor agency have made no inspections or determinations of their own.
